TINYSPACE by UNITEX® offers three carefully developed tiny house models that ideally combine modern design, high living quality, and compact construction.
Whether as a private retreat, a holiday home, staff accommodation, or a mobile office unit – our houses meet the highest standards of comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
LUMA is our compact entry-level model with 12.5 m² of living space. It is ideal for short stays, weekend use, or as a guesthouse, providing a fully equipped living solution in the smallest of spaces.
ARVA, with approximately 24 m², combines intelligent room layout with a warm, nature-oriented interior. Featuring a loft gallery, a full kitchen and bathroom, and sleeping space for up to four people, it is ideal for couples or small families.
YARA, our most popular model, offers around 36 m² of space and two loft galleries, providing an exceptional amount of room for up to six people. It is particularly suitable for longer stays, as a family home, or for high-end holiday use.
All models come fully equipped and ready to move in. They can be customized to meet individual needs – including off-grid options, design variants, and additional equipment.
